I no longer want to be a consultant
If you no longer wish to be a consultant or ambassador for Ôtentik, please inform your assigned consultant. A disengagement form will be provided to you for signing. As of the date of receipt of the signed form, you agree not to speak on behalf of Ôtentik or avail yourself of any other prerogatives reserved for consultants.
