Ôtentik Delivery Policy

At Ôtentik, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient delivery experience for our valued customers. Our delivery policy is designed to ensure fast order processing, accurate deliveries and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed on our website, our team starts processing it within 24 hours.

Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping methods

We offer standard shipping

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The calculation takes into account the destination address and the total value of the basket. The minimum delivery charge is $10.

Delivery times

For standard shipment, delivery may take 3 to 5 working days in the province of Quebec and throughout Canada. We do not deliver internationally.

Order tracking

Once the order is shipped we do not provide a tracking number.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during the checkout process.

We will not be held responsible for late deliveries or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

International delivery

At present, we do not deliver internationally.

Delivery Confirmation and Signature

All orders will require a signature on delivery to ensure safe and successful receipt of the package.

Returns & Refunds

At Ôtentik, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To this end, we guarantee high-quality products. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from an Independent Consultant, you may return it to that Independent Consultant for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

If the Independent Consultant is no longer in business, the products can be returned to us with proof of purchase, and you will be refunded or the products will be exchanged.
